that details what you need to do to choose the right tour,
what you need to
do to get the ball rolling, and what the major things are
that you will need to
take care of in advance of the tour.
Filling out our Contact Information Page for either a Scheduled Tour
or a
Custom-Designed Tour only begins the process - it does not
commit you to
anything, but rather is an important first step in making
your dream of traveling to
Africa a reality; we are at your service to answer all of
your questions in
advance of you committing to the tour to make sure that we
meet all of your
expectations for the best trip possible.
Steps to Booking a Safari with Red Rhino:
- Fill out a Red Rhino Contact Form:
- After we answer all of your questions, decide on the program that
best
suites your interests and time structure.
- Fill out a Red Rhino Registration Form.
- Send in a 25% Deposit with the completed Registration Form and
the Terms a
Conditions Contract at which time you will receive our
Pre-Trip Packet,
Confirmation Letter, and other useful information.
- Send in your final payment at least 45 days before the trip begins.
Planning for your trip:
Here is a brief list of the major things you will need to
do well in advance
of your departure. We are at your service to advise you
and provide additional
information to make the trip preparation as easy as possible.
We look

- Have a valid passport
- Purchase your flights to/from Africa (we can assist
you with the process
of locating the best deals possible at your request)
- Get all necessary vaccinations
- Obtain visas for Kenya and/or Tanzania
- Purchase Traveler's Health Insurance, if needed
